Refund Policy

We want you to love your Vauclair pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Process

Email support@vauclair-offical.com with your order number to receive return instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings and certain items may be non-returnable; this is noted on the product page.
